Baggage

What can I take in the cabin?

A personal item (handbag, small backpack or laptop) and a cabin bag of up to 7 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm, on any fare. It’s a right recognised in the European Union and we apply it across our whole network.

How much does it cost to check a bag?

The first 23 kg bag costs €35 per flight on short- and medium-haul and €55 on long-haul if your fare doesn’t include it. Classic and Flex include one; Horizon and Meridian, two; Zenith, three. Silver members check one free on any fare.

Can I add bags after booking?

Yes, in Manage booking or during check-in, at the same price as when booking. It costs more at the airport.

Bookings and changes

Can I change my flight?

With Flex, Meridian and Zenith, changes are free and you only pay any fare difference. With Classic and Horizon it costs €50 per passenger per flight plus the difference. Light doesn’t allow changes, but you can cancel and recover the taxes.

What happens if I cancel?

Flex, Meridian and Zenith are fully refundable up to 24 hours before departure (Zenith, up to departure). Horizon refunds 50%. Light and Classic refund taxes and charges. You can always cancel free of charge within 24 hours of purchase if the flight departs more than 7 days later.

Do prices include taxes?

Yes. From the very first result we show the final price per person including taxes and charges. Extras are only added if you choose them.
