COMPASS, a loyalty programme that counts flights, not just euros

Five flights take you to Silver, fifteen to Gold and forty to Platinum. A point is always worth one euro cent.

COMPASS will be Air Caravel’s loyalty programme. Members will earn between 4 and 10 points per euro, depending on their tier, and can spend them from a single point on fares, bags, seats or cabin upgrades, with no award charts and no blackout dates.

Points can be pooled by up to six family members in one account and last 36 months, renewed by any activity. Membership will be free.

“Loyalty programmes have become hard to understand,” the company says. “With COMPASS anyone can work out in a minute which tier they will reach and what each point is worth.”

About Air Caravel

Air Caravel is a new Iberian airline that plans to start flying in 2028 from Lisbon, and from 2029 also from Madrid and Porto, with direct flights to Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. It will operate an all-Airbus, new-generation fleet, shows final prices from the first click and includes a cabin bag in every fare. Its loyalty programme, COMPASS, rewards the number of flights, not just spending.

Network and fleet figures reflect the company’s plan and may change.
